A hydraulic motor is an executive component of a hydraulic system that converts the liquid pressure energy provided by the hydraulic pump into the mechanical energy (torque and speed) of its output shaft. Hydraulic motors, also known as oil motors, are mainly used in injection molding machinery, ships, hoists, engineering machinery, construction machinery, coal mining machinery, mining machinery, metallurgical machinery, shipbuilding machinery, petrochemical industry, port machinery, etc. For motor manufacturers or users, hydraulic motor testing is necessary to determine the mechanical characteristics of the motors produced or used.

The hydraulic motor test bench is composed of a hydraulic station, hydraulic motor, torque sensor, magnetic powder brake, and measurement and control system magnetic powder dynamometer. Can test the torque, speed, and power of hydraulic motors; Inlet pressure, outlet pressure, and pressure difference; Circulating flow rate, leakage flow rate, volumetric efficiency, total efficiency; Inlet and outlet temperatures, temperature differences, etc.

This test bench is a magnetic powder dynamometer with a magnetic powder brake as the simulated load. Magnetic particle dynamometer is based on electromagnetic principles and utilizes electromagnetic transmission of torque. It has the advantages of linear relationship between excitation current and transmission torque, and can transmit a certain amount of torque regardless of slip. It has fast response speed and simple structure. When the internal coil passes through the current, a magnetic line of force is generated and a magnetic circuit is formed to generate torque. Changing the excitation current can change the hysteresis torque of the dynamometer, thereby achieving the purpose of controlling the load torque and completing the testing of load characteristics.

T-groove flat plate, also known as T-groove workbench, is a type of industrial measuring tool mainly used to fix workpieces. It is the basic working platform used by fitters to debug, assemble, and repair equipment.
