Permanent magnet synchronous motor test bench


The permanent magnet synchronous motor test bench uses electromagnetism to transfer torque. It has the advantages of linear relationship between excitation current and transfer torque, and can transfer certain torque in the case of independent slip, fast response speed, simple structure, etc. When the internal coil passes through the current, the magnetic line of force will be generated, and the magnetic loop will be formed to generate torque. Changing the excitation current can change the hysteresis torque of the dynamometer, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the load torque and complete the load characteristic test.
Conduct winding DC resistance measurement, no-load test, locked-rotor test, temperature rise test, load test and T-n curve measurement for permanent magnet synchronous motor. The system uses a complete set of dynamometer and control system. This project is a "turnkey project", which is designed, manufactured, commissioned, installed and commissioned by the manufacturer.
